Reclaiming Car Credit Charges

Hi all,

Firstly I have no idea if i'm posting in the right area so please move if necessary.

In light of recent articles regarding reclaiming charges etc I have been wondering if there is any possibility of me claiming back my late/default charges on my car credit finance? I have had a a large number of £25 default/late payment fees applied to the account totalling several hundred pounds of the years of credit and have heard others have had success in getting these back?

The car finance was with Ford Credt by FCE Bank Plc as stated on paperwork.

I have had success in getting back bank charges in the past however i am not sure on the process for this. Any guidance please if it is possible and which templates to use? I am in a similar situation with a closed store card which i am also looking in to.
