Do yourself a favour and ask both insurance companies to delete any phone numbers you gave them and deal via email only, or you WILL get phone calls and texts for the next 5/6 years trying to push you to claim of personal injuries.

TP at fault, doesn't matter that you stalled, it will take a few days but they won't dispute liability once they have the facts. By the sounds of it your car is drivable so wait for a day or so.

TPI have said they did not receive engineers report as per their request, hence their denying of liability. My insurance are saying that Kindertons are claiming to have never received my statement of truth and sketches of the incident.

So by the sounds of it liability isnt in dispute but quantum (value) is. In other words they admit that they hit you and it their fault but deny that there was any damage done to your vehicle.

Do you have a copy of the engineers report you could send them? You could get a copy from Kindertons and forward it yourself so you KNOW they have it. Alternatively invite them to send their own engineer to inspect the vehicle.

How much is the estimate for repair by the way? Are you in need of a big replacement car whilst yours is in or can you make do with a Corsa type car for the few days?

Estimate is 350 if it is just cosmetic damage to the bumper. I am commuting 60 miles to work currently, so would need a courtesy car of some sort.

Unfortunately I wasn't given a copy of the engineer's report, but I am going to chase up Kindertons/1st central on Monday to get them to forward this on.
