Certainly a chocoholics dream in Lidl this week. In addition to all the other varieties that have been mentioned here and elsewhere , they had their own brand versions of Mars, Bounty & Milk Way down to 9p each - though for some reason not the Twix was still at the normal 25p.
Amazes me how many people shop "blind" without looking at the prices. People where still buying the multi packs of these which must be costing them over twice the price of buying the same quantity in singles.0 -
Black forest ham was all out in my local store.
Got the potatoes and some of the chocolate. Although disappointed to hear the Fin Carre isn't any better than their normal range, I normally buy the Belladom - oh well I'm sure I can munch my way thru it anyway.
They also had in some of the fake Bounty bars which have been out of stock since they went on offer at 9p each. Is there a limit on how many of these things we can buy in one go? Or can someone walk in and swipe the lot?
My store was also total out of all milk and none out back.We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -

Yep, the Fin Carre chocolate is terrible. I always get the Bellarom too. But, after trying the Schogetten bars yesterday, I won't be anymore. Just had a few chunks now and can confirm that they are gorgeous!
The Bellarom are a bargain at £1 for 200g but I'd pay the small extra amount for the Schogetten (about 70p for 100g). Tastes a lot like Milka as it's alpine milk chocolate so really creamy. If I'd known how nice they were I would have bought a lot more at half-price when I was in Lidl yesterday.0 -
