And often better for you than a bought lunch.
Although the thread this post links to is for packed lunches for schoolkids it's full of good ideas - and after all, you don't stop eating sandwiches just because you're over ten.
So if you're running out of ideas for healthy packed lunches then by all means go to this link in the Familes Forum.
