We have just returned from a four week holiday to fine a parking fine from Parking Eye. On 14th June I waited in our car in Morrisons car park at Chester le Street while my husband went to the Halifax building society.

We did not pay for a ticket and the car was in the car park for about 30 minutes. I would add that we did not notice the Parking Eye signs

Is it worth contesting the ticket?
LOL!! Is it worth it - would you rather pay them then or face them in court if you ignore? It is NOT a fine!

Read the top thread please and get off this OLD one! Of course it's worth winning at POPLA and we do 100% of the time, have not been beaten for 18 months at least by PE (and if we did lose one then, which I can't recall if we ever lost one v PE, that was when we were testing our appeal grounds to make them as solid as they now are!).

If you don't know how to hop off this thread onto page one to see the top thread, then please read the black words in my signature below. Tells you the one click to make.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
