ppi claim back on policy

hi did not know i had ppi on bank loan claimed for miselling received cheque but realised during term i was of work for 8 months due to bad illness as i did not realise i had ppi can i claim back on policy

You have already been put back into the position had you not taken out the PPI, they cannot do this and now redress you for 8 months successful claims. You cannot say you shouldnt have been sold the policy and also say you want to use it!
Also you cannot now seek further money as you have already accepted the mis-sale redress.
It's time to put forget about this.0 -
