Fabric Easter corsage

I've got to make one to take to a group. Well, actually, it's meant to be real flowers but I want to impress by making a beautiful fabric one.

I've been practising folding circles, pinching, gathering and joining together and they look quite nice in felt but I want to make it more interesting, e.g. netting/organza/floral fabrics, maybe a button/pearl or two. I have looked on Pinterest but haven't seen anything I feel I could cope with as I am new to flower making.

Just putting it out there for any ideas, please. Thanks.

some of the flowers on here look relatively easy to make - try asking on the crafting board as the crafters on there are really helful.
