i did contact the firm and they said they did put one on and they had photographic evidence .... but all they did was take a pic and walk away. i had my niece in the car and she watched him.....

No, don't waste your time. This can always be dealt with at POPLA. Just submit your appeal as is.0

I recived a letter back today from ukcps saying that they have droped the fine as a good will gesture (haha):rotfl:and a few more just because its so funny (hahahaha):rotfl:
So im guessing the appeal letter from your site didnt have anything to do with it then eh?

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
