Help understanding Tax Credit award letter

Hi. I was hoping someone could help me understand the Tax credits award letter I received today. I made my first claim late last year.
Please see below :
TCA for 25/11/2013 to 05/04/2014
Summary
Tax Credit for the period (see page 2)
Working Tax Credit : £721.87
Amount still to be paid to you for the period shown above (see part 3)
£721.87
I don't understand this. Am I due a lump payment?
On the last page I am given the following information :
We will make all payments direct to you
11/12/2013 - £60.06
11/12/2013 - £40.05
then for payments in 2014 / 2015,
we will make payments direct to you
07/04/2014 - $37.36
I am confused about the £721.87. Can someone please explain this to me? never was great with these kind of letters, and would really like to know if I need to contact HMR&C incase of overpayment.
Thanks in advance, and let me know if you need more info on the letter
