PRL SCORES on my bank statement

Hi Guys
Not been on here for a while!!!
Anyway for those that know my story im doing absolutely brill & for those that don't, well I was a massive gambler & got myself into massive amounts of debt, everything is under control now & I have exactly 11 months till I pay the biggest part off :j

My question is.. I went into Santander today to close my current account down (massive fail still having my overdraft etc so I feel more comfortable just shutting it down) & the cashier said that there was a pending payment of £19.95. Now when she looked into this further it showed up that this payment was going to a company called PRL SCORES!!! Never heard of them. Had to sit for 30 mins talking with online banking who are now going to investigate....
Turns out that £1.00 has been coming out of my account every 2 weeks but because its such a small amount I had not noticed.

The company are a credit score company& The only credit file company I signed upto were My credit tracker & that subscription has now been cancelled as I got all the info I needed!!!!
Cant find a telephone number to ring up either

Any help guys would be much appreciated

Nobody mentioned an Irish number just a google search bringing up an Irish company.

The US are several hours (depending on where in the county and daylight savings) behind us - if you had just tried to call them when you posted the office was closed. Their hours are 9-9 EST - 9am Eastern is 2pm UK time

I just went on the website quoted earlier (Myreport.co.uk) and clicked on "contract us" the number is still valid 0800 756 3863

Or you could write to them at Promeritum Limited | 72 High Street Haslemere Surrey, England GU27 2LA

    Or tweet them @myreport_uk

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
