Home content insurance

I have home content insurance with AXA insurance company
I made a claim recently after my bag was stolen inside the train
CCTV showed someone snatched it police are looking for the person
I had a laptop inside and adobe after effects cs6 CD program stolen with. Insurance settled all but refused for the adobe CS6 saying it an item that they usually don't replace

I went through policy documents and clearly they say that personal belongings from outside the house are covered ,
The CD Costs £500 plus

I would like to take some advise from you top guys thanks

The CD is basically free, you can download the software and create your own. Its the license key that has a value not the disk

Most Adobe products do online validation now so simply download it, log into adobe and job done. Just installed InDesign CS6 and the same was true
