Just confirmed that we have now exchanged, will be moving next Thursday.:j
So pleased!
Having had my original seller pull out a week before exchange,in December, and then have my original buyer get himself in debt and get his mortgage offer pulled in February I have been on tenterhooks ever since agreeing the new sale and purchase.
Of course, I am sure there 's still scope for panic and disaster but at least I'm over that particular hurdle !

Wow I bet that is a relief for you!
We have had saga after saga as well so I know how you must have been feeling, we are waiting on our buyers solicitors (they only deal with the buyers via post! So it's taking even longer).
Good luck with the move
