Am I the only one bothered by Mr Biscuit's obvious lack of respect for 'the wife'. And his joy at not having to pay her?

Maybe he should change her name to 'the slave'. Or maybe she should just change his name to 'the ex'.
No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...

A bit harsh, as said my wife helps out me at busy times and we don't have any payment in place.

On the flipside the profits from my business benefit us both so all is good.

Is it so hard to believe a husband and wife can work as a team without invoicing each other?
Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
Quit day job to run 3 businesses 08/02/2017
    Started third business 25/06/2016
    Son born 13/09/2015
    Started a second business 03/08/2013
Officially the owner of my own business since 13/01/2012
  • Of course a husband and wife can work as a team, and without invoicing each other.

My problem was with the way he referred to her as 'the wife', and the little smiley face after he said 'no pennies for the wife then'.
