there is a court hearing against Lloyd's tsb on the 5th July
Counsel has been instructed and yes Lloyd's are defending
if it does not settle tomorrow, "no sign yet" it will be the first case fully heard with the full arguments on the service point,
the claimant has fully pleaded her legal argument.
hence we at PC have paid for barrister to attend on behalf of the claimant
