Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any organisations selling interest free used cars?
Preferably within the Yorkshire area (e.g. North, West).

I was on a forum last night, that I used to frequent, trying to flog some old vauxhall nova GSi alloys, £40 each, or buy one get the other 3 free.
And happened to look at the for sale posts.
There was a tidy K reg cavalier with full history, moderate miles, for £600....Completely Interest free.
Actually it was sold, so there must have been a bit of interest. But you need to look at places like :
VXon.co.uk
mk3oc.com
auto!!!!!.co.uk

I think OP means 0% apr...
I doubt it tbh. You can get some rates that are not bad and then haggle to get the lowest?
Alternatively, try a bank loan which will probably be cheapest.0 -
Dont get hung up on APRs but look at the total cost of ownership.
6% APR but the dealer willing to negotiate on price and you can buy the car for £10k over 3 years
0% APR but the dealer will only go down to £11k over 3 years.
0% APR is costing you £50
In almost all cases of 0% APR you will find the sales price is inflated to compensate.0 -
Indeed. If you're worried about the cost of interest on the car loan, look at a cheaper car. You'll only get 0% APR if you're paying more for the car in the first place.
Look at what you're actually paying, rather than the headline figures.0 -
I'm not aware of any truly self-financing car dealerships so is it likely their 0% finance offer is anything but a marketing tool?
Look for a car that you really want, will serve your needs and you can afford. Then compare overall deals.0 -

Somebody has to pay the interest and usually the dealer just rolls that in to the price of the car, so you end up paying more for the car to get "interest free".0 -
