Solicitors letter but no response to my appeal as yet?

Don't shout as I have read all the previous information but can't seem to find one linked to my situation specifically

I appeal a parking fine back in September and had no response from New Generation Parking - I then had debt collection letter from Roxburghe which based on advice from here I then wrote to the landowner expressing my concern and asking for them to assist and copying the appeal letter in - I also copied NGP into this and sent both recorded delivery. Up until last week I had heard nothing from either NGP, the debt collectors or the land owners. Last week I had a letter from solicitors representing the debt collectors nearly 4 months after my last communication with anyone in the chain.

I am not sure what to do next - is this latest letter speculative, shall I ignore or write to all parties concerned explaining I am yet to have an appeal? I have kept all previous correspondence including the recorded delivery note for the letter to the land owner.

Thanks in anticipation of an answer and apologies if this answer is posted elsewhere??

Okay so you appealed in time, what I mean within 28 days of the notice to keeper? Did you get a proof of postage of that letter? It's pointless speaking to roxburghe they are not interested in anything apart from money, and will not listen to anything , hence part of the reason they have lost their licence.

I gather its gladstones solicitors telling you to cough up and giving a roxburghe address and phone number? Do they mention its a notice before claim? Do they say its roxburghe they are acting for? Because it's likely still roxburghe pretending to be gladstones, they have form for this.

I appealed on time but didn't keep receipt of that letter but did of my notice to the landowner and the copy I sent to NGP

I haven't engaged with Roxburghe at all as I was wiating on a response from Landowner/NGP re: my claim and the letter from Gladstones is on behalf of Roxburghe and asking me to contact Roxburghe to tell them what I intend to do.

The letter is indicating that they MAY take legal action?

They can't take legal action as they must be acting for the parking company, roxburghe cannot do anything apart from writing demands for money, just ignore them. Unless a letter before claim arrives.

As for your appeal, and the fact that they haven't responded, get complaints into the dvla and bpa , tell them that you appealed in time but they haven't replied, and they have instead passed it onto debt collectors. The addresses are in post #6 of the thread below. But read all of the thread.

Scan in all the letters you've had including your initial appeal letter, just don't admit you were the driver just keep it as the registered keeper. By the way these lot are toothless and don't do court.
