Can I just check something?
If you have no dependent children and a husband who is claiming contribution based ESA with enhanced rate of PIP do you have to work 30 hours?
Many thanks.

If the husband is on any rate of Daily Living PIP the the partner can claim Carers Allowance, so only needs to work 16 hours for WTC (but for CA has to earn no more than £100 after deductions)
EDIT Sorry, this doesn't seem to apply to people without children .0 -
