In an IVA and need name off mortgage with x

I am currently in year 4 of my IVA. My x husband bankrupted himself just after we split up in 2007 and I ended up taking the hit for debts that had both our names on. The mortgage on the property we own has always been paid and he continues to live there. He has paid the mortgage from 2009. There is no equity in the property and I just want my name off the mortgage. Is this possible?

Think your going to have to wait until your iva completes and your ex can pass the lenders affordability critera, but if the ltv on this mortgage is close to 100% then one of you will need to inject some cash into the mortgage.

You may have to sell for you to move on.
