A question we are all asking, now Julian Lewis MP is asking the same question. We know nepotism is taking place, this is a public organisation protecting the backs of the bpa, who in turn does nothing about parking eye

I have no idea which party Dr Julian Lewis represents nor do I care. Good on the man for standing up with principle against scammers and corrupt companies such as Parking Eye."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

When an organisation is paying a public service department upwards of £1.5million a year, that organisation becomes VERY powerful.
No public servant, regardless of pay grade, is going to risk PE and BPA wrath (and his indexed-linked) to put his head above the parapet and initiate action.
The only way a public servant is going to do anything approaching proactivity in such cases is if he's 'booted' from above by a Government Minister.
The more MPs are involved, the better. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It becomes and this is the actual term used "protected revenue" .
A revenue of money that must be kept coming at any expense, the loss of this revenue or the possibility of the loss of revenue overrides everything.Be happy...;)0 -
And to think that the BPA Ltd. wanted private tickets to be put on the same legal basis as Local Authority tickets. That would've been akin to handing the keys to the Royal Mint to the great train robbers.Je suis Charlie.0
