Private parking ticket - Foreign Driver

I've received a private ANPR parking ticket for my car whilst my ex girlfriend was using it (she was on the insurance and I was at work 200 miles away at the time). She is not a UK citizen and now lives back in her own EU country. She is happy for me to give them her address abroad, but is this likely to get them off my back?

This would certainly be interesting. It would certainly discharge your registered keeper liability. I personally would name your ex as the driver. Wonder how long it will be and how many letter they post before they realise they are being charged for international mail.0
