Parking Eye Fine Liverpool Adelphi :(

Hello everyone. I have recently got a PCN from ParkingEye, a member of the British Parking Association? for £100 reduced to £60 if paid by the 27th of March, Just what I need after having to fork out £800 for a repair on my car!
They have 2 photos of me entering and leaving 31 minutes later!
Now I understand that I should leave this PCN and it will go away but the only problem is that I am saving for a home and currently sorting my credit score out and was wondering if this would have any impact on my credit rating if it was to get passed onto a bailiff?
I am also a named driver on the car, and the PCN has come in my fathers name and not directly to me as I he is the main driver and owner of the car.
Thanks in advance!

Do Not Ignore - that hasn't been the advice for over 12 months
and especially not with P Eye.
But don't worry this can easily be appealed.
This will not affect your credit score and you will not get a CCJ - that can only happen if this went to small claims court and you lost and then didn't pay.
And there will be no bailiffs
If you follow the advice on how to appeal, who should appeal and what needs to included then there's a better than 99% chance of getting this cancelled.
Take a look at the links below - the appeals are best done by the registered keeper

It would really help if you could tell us where you got that information from? As has already been said the 'ignore' advice has not been valid for over 18 months now. The regulars on here do a great job in provided people with the most up to date advice but it is so difficult when people read old info and take it as gospel. Follow the advice above and you won't go far wrong.0 -
PE will sue the registered keeper if you ignore them - read the sticky thread already linked and don't read old advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
