Some posters keep commenting that it has been 5 years so unlikely that anything can be done. First of all, it appears that it was 2.5 years - the photographer has been making false promises for the remaining time. Secondly, the OP is free to make a claim anytime up until 6 years for failure to complete the contract.. that is what the law deems fair.
That said, A nice 30 page album can be created on sites such as Photobox for approx £70. Would it not be easier to just create your own one with the money offered?0
