Where to go for cheap london theatre tickets

We are due to go to london in April for a few days, My wife is disabled and I have 2 sons age 18 and 15. Iam after any cheap sites to get theatre tickets. They want to go and watch Woman in black. Any help will be helpful?

Also where to go for underground tickets?

We also tried to book for harry potter studios tour but they are booked up.

Last Minute have some great deals on the Women in Black but be mindful that the theatre isnt very disabled friendly. If you have a wheelchair let the theatre know first. However as it a small theatre there isnt really a bad seat to be had so you don't have to spend loads for a good seat.

If your wife isn't that mobile the underground maybe isn't the best option, lots of stairs and walking! However the off peak travel card can be used on buses too. Its quite expensive 8.90 for the day zones 1 to 7 it might be better as you are a family to use oyster card.

Some underground stations have step free access - you can get a free tube map showing the step free stations from the Transport For London web site or view it online. If you have a travel card you can use the buses which are often much easier (If I go to london its either with my children one of who is in a pushchair or my brother who is Blind).

All I'll say is that there are a lot better shows to see than that.-we were fooled by the publicity, too!

We saw The Bodyguard last week, brilliant, booked direct with the theatre, it would have cost £12 a ticket more through an agency.

We have found that unless you are going during the quieter theatre months you usually get the best prices by going for day seats at the theatre itself. Some shows such as Les Mis don't do day seats, not sure about Woman in Black.

what sort of travel tickets are you talking about ? If you mean to get around London, then no. If you mean train tickets to get to London, yes. Use a site that doesn't charge a booking fee

You have a couple of travel options either using Oyster card which you top up as required (£5 refundable deposit) and it charges less for single fares and has a daily fares price cap. You could purchase a daily travel card (for weekdays purchase after 9.30am for cheaper off peak rates). If you wife has a disabled persons railcard she can get a 34% discount on Oyster fares and one adult can get a childs' daily travel card. In regard to the 15 year old you can purchase a daily child's travelcard or order a childs photo zip card online in advance if your 15 year olds ID can be confirmed via passport number.

Is it not best to order the london travel passes online with oyster before we go?
