Direct Auto Finance/ Yes car Credit PPI

Hello,

I hope someone can help me, I wish to contact Direct Auto Finance/Yes Car Credit about reclaiming my PPI.

How do I contact them to obtain my account number, and how do I write to them and what address?

Can anyone help?

My account with them was way back in 1999/2000

Please help!!

Dee

Forget it, they won't have been regulated then and can dismiss your complaint.

You will have to find out who it was.

Thy also don't have to refund, so don't get your hopes it. It's the sale that counts, not the fact you had it.

I just received a letter back from Auto Finance with regards to the PPI claim on my account taken out in 2001, no joy i'm afraid. Rather annoying as i was really bullied into taking this insurance out by being told i couldn't leave with the car unless PPI was taken out. They also told me to sign over my old car and pay a deposit before even signing the agreement. And what worst is that it looks like they added the part exchange payment for my old car back into the fee's column!

After much perseverance I have sent a letter t Direct Auto Finance as their underwriters Provident Financial are not dealing with any claims but the did direct me to DAF to have this resolved.
    The details are :-
    Direct Auto Financial Services
    PO Box 1135
    Bradford
    BD1 9PU

    Wish me luck :)
