Now what........

Can someone please help?confused-smiley-013.gif

We thought we had done everything correctly in claiming our charges from the Halifax and it got to the stage where we decided to take them to court. We did everything money claim online said ( or so we thought) and now we've been told that our Notice of Judgement has been rejected because " Acknowledgement of Service filed and time for Defence not expired". Now on the money claim website it says we can no longer proceed online.
What on earth does this mean and are they saying we have lost???????

No what it means is that the bank have filed a defence against you so you will no longer be able to proceed online. You will receive a copy of the defence through the post from MCOL.

The claim will now be transferred from Northampton County Court (where all MCOL claims start) to your local county court and you will also receive notification of this.

Once it has been transferred your local County Court will set a hearing date.
