Nursery Fees Incorrectly Calculated

Hi,
Our daughter qualified for her free 15 hour nursery placement this year (she has always attended nursery prior to this and it has always been for 15 hours per week, 3 afternoons (3*5hrs)).
We were informed we would pay a monthly fee this year (2014) of £78.11 to cover the school holiday period.
We've made 3 payments so far this year, now the nursery has informed us that there was a system error and their calculations were wrong and we should be paying £108.94 per month and they are requesting 3 months arrears payement of £92.49.
Do we have to pay this amount since the error was there's and we were already informed our annual fee for 2014 was £937.32 or 12 months at £78.11. Shouldn't the nursery have to write the arrears payment off due to their error and the fact those 3 months have passed and our payments have been made.
Thanks for any advice on this.

What does your contract state? The lower amount or the higher?
If its the lower, they cannot retrospectively change the terms without your agreement.
However, good nurseries can be hard to replace and unless you've actually got a contract stating the lower amount and a minimum term in your contract, it may be worthwhile to pay.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
As above. Details are important.
In terms of paying, they should be flexible and allow you to pay the arrears over a period of time rather than in one go. (e.g. pay it over the remaining term of the contract, such as £92.49 / 9 = £10.27 on top of the "corrected" monthly fee = £119.21 per month for the remainder of the contract (assuming 9 months remain))0
