How nice is it to see a local authority colluding with a bunch of scammers ?

    Potentially explosive stuff.

As an avid PP blog reader I've noticed that when he's been quiet for a few days, a 'biggie' is on its way.

Keep up the great work Pranky!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If ParkingEye (and/or their solicitor) is essentially making up evidence ( inserting dates into presigned statements then maybe a complaint to the SRA would be in order?

So, is it the general feeling that Parking Eye's Head of Legal Services, Rachel Ledson is corrupt?

Why would Parking Eye/Rachel Ledson potentially commit perjury just to stop their contract being made public or given to the motorist ?

What is she trying to hide?

Can one insist that any signatory of a witness statement attend court to answer questions?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

AFIK - there have already been a number of complaints made to the SRA regarding the fragrant Miss Ledson and her handling of the legal department at Parking Eye for various reasons.

IMO a complaint could also be made to the SRA for the named solicitor in those statements who is designated as solicitor for the pension fund team on those statements and series of emails sent.

It's fortunate that one party is this charade is a public body and subject to FOI requests and we can see what's happening. Who knows what other murky goings-on are taking place when all the parties are private companies or individuals?
