Post office payment - npower

Hi,

I paid the final bill amount (in cash) to Npower in the post office.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the payment to reach the closed account?

My account is still showing a debt even though I paid.
To pay the bill I used the slip provided in the paper bill issued by Npower.

Looking at the bad customer service this company is providing I am worried there will be issues with this payment not reaching them.

How long have you waited? It is not instant, and if a sub Post Office may well take even longer, plus lag in Npower system, it took Npower a fortnight to clock that I had sucked back the money paid by Direct Debit error, and that was money out of their account
