Cheap Energy Club switch website not working for me.

I am a member of the cheap energy club. Did the cost comparison and selected my switch. Get directed to a page to provide DD info for the new provider. Press 'proceed' but I am told I have an error in the data I have entered. However no errors highlighted and everything looks ok. So I am at a dead end. Has anyone else experienced problems with this?

I used this website last year to switch gas and electricity suppliers. If I moved my gas and electricity to First Utility, I would make a substantial saving. However, my electricity supply did not move to First Utility and when I asked them about this, they advised me that Hydro Electric had managed to override the request so I wasn't any better off having switched. Also, I should have been given £30.00 cash back for switching and never received this money. The only method available to customers of First Utility seems to be by email. I would be wary of using this particular method again. I plan to switch again soon using a cost comparison website.
