    No agrinnall - I've nothing to say about Neil Armstrong or MH370 - or even Mr Lewis.

    But I did post leaked information - Thank you for reminding me to remind everyone else ..... :D

    For anyone reading the Daily Mail Headlines or other popular papers:
    - Too frightened to complain by the Parliamentary Ombudsman -

    Not included in the article:
    Up until late last year anyone complaining about the NHS was, for the most part ignored by the Ombudsman. This is based on her own statistics.

    Worse, Mellor reserves the right to operate in secrecy with the organisation she is investigating.
    Then she wonders why people are too frightened to complain.

    The Public Administration Select Committee apparently will publish a full report on the Parliamentary Ombudsman at the end of April.
