G24 charge notice

I received a demand for money letter from G24 Ltd.

In local retail park, one specific day I took my bike for servicing in morning and then left with my car. I collected it on same day afternoon. I don't have any receipt (but the event may be recorded in Halfords system).

Their letter conveniently showed my first entry and last exit only and ignored the fact that I went out of the car park whole day!!

Now, I have seen the sticky link (including coupon mad's long generic letter).

1. Should I just print that template and send them?
2. Do I mention that they did not record my initial departure and subsequent arrival?
3. Or do nothing at this stage?

Thanks for your help.

You need to appeal, use the letter by coupon mad, it may be generic but this whole scam is generic. Add on the stuff about the car not being there, make sure you don't disclose who the driver is, keep it to the third party. And when you send it get a free proof of postage from the post office.

So should I insert following paragraph?

The mentioned vehicle did not stay in car park for the whole duration as claimed. The car entered the car park and left within few minutes and then re-entered after a gap of more than 6 hours. The pictures only captured first entry and last exit ignoring first exit and subsequent entry.
