Ive recently had orders cancelled or had to cancel orders due to multiple discount codes and pricing issues when ordering.

In the end when purchasing a mobile phone i had to call littlewoods (lets face it the account section on the website is useless) and place my order over the phone where they confirmed one discount code per order.

I can concur with this. I order some trainers - they were £69 - My order went through with the 10% discount / free delivery code (£62). Rang to enquire and they said could only use one code, the order would be cancelled blah blah blah.

Goods arrived today even so, checked my bank and £62 had been taken and then a credit had been applied for the additional £23.50 discount. Happy Days.

was just wondering how long it took you guys to get a credit showing on your bank account, they took payment from mine on the 16th and so far have paid nothing back in

I had £49 taken out of my account on the 12th and haven't received anything back, note I only used the £23 off code. I have mailed them asking why.

well i still not had any refund back to my account on this so i would be wary if you are thinking of ordering. Think ill cancel and wait for the price war on the high street

just phoned them and been told they can see the £23.50 refund due to me but the will only pay it back in to my account after i have recieved the goods, said she was happy to cancel if i wanted to. pointed out many other people had refunds already and she said she didnt know why that was but if im not refunded i need to phone back on the 14th day after recieving it and they will refund straight away
