Can I change amount of posts on a page?

When I'm scrolling through diaries (mine & others) there are just too many posts on a page before I get to the top or bottom, can I change this anywhere?

- User CP >> Edit Options >> Number of Posts to Show Per Page

The default is 20/page and you can go down to as low as 5/page or as high as 40/page.0
