Hi,,help please ?
Not sure how to handle this..main issue is cost 60 plus usual 100 if not paid in 14 days.
Think signage may be ok now.but have a prob of contradiction inside and out of the shopping centre?
Know they monitor this so sorry if evasive !
Lots of things I can query but yr advice is to keep the initial appeal short n sweet as per yr template.
However is this because of giving them too much info to refute and spoiling appeal ? expect will come to this ! or to save the info for the appeal ?
Been trawling internet for info nearly all day and could do with sending it tonight !
Help !!!

It's 99% certain that your appeal to the PPC will be UNsuccessful.

Don't despair, this happens to virtually everyone who makes the initial appeal to the PPC. The main objective is to get a POPLA code, then you can really get down to business and remove this rubbish from your life.

Use the template provided (as per Pogofish's link above), and as much as you might want to 'explain your story' (mitigation) or even go on a rant with the PPC, save your breath/time, put your effort into your POPLA appeal once you've had the verification code from the PPC (but note that even POPLA don't do mitigation).

Thanks for your kind assistance, have sent the template letter and had an acknowledgement so it's wait n see.
Expecting they will refute, then the hard work starts !..but have been grabbing bits of info in readiness.
Just wasn't sure how much to say in case need to go to POPLA.
Can't be right to do this to people, worlds gone mad...
