Vodafone default

In January 2010 I took out a contract with them through a third party. I placed the order online however I did not accept the goods when they arrived and contact them to let them know I had changed my mind.
I have a default on my credit file that says I owe £17 however I have never had an account with Vodafone as I cancelled it prior to it starting.
I called them numerous times and even sent recorded delivery letters and still haven't been able to get this rectified.
Does anyone have any contact details for them?
