I am sick of the rain!!! all it has done since at least new year is rain!!!

A week today and our ikea stuff is coming, I can't wait to get it all set up and getting the sitting room looking nice and tidy, then when it's a bit lighter so maybe february and march we will paint the room xx

    Morning all,

How is everyone doing? finally this is the first day since New Year where it's not raining!!!! It's freezing, and icy, but I will take that over rain anyday lol

Just paid MBNA with another £9.69 :)

The DD of £25 is due out tomorrow, the account is showing as no payment required (because of my overpayments) but I am sure I read they will still take the DD (which I want them to do) so I will see tomorrow what happens, if they don't take it its not an issue I will just pay it manually

I hope you are all having a good day xx

And .............................. it's raining gah!!!! Another school run where me and DD get wet picking DS up.

Just done my online a@da shop, guide price is £55.13, so at least £10 to overpay once that comes :)

Just remembered this morning that me, the kids and my mam are off to the panto on sunday, so delivery is coming saturday afternoon instead, it's DD first time at panto, I hope she likes it (she is nearly 3, DS was this age when he first went, it's his third one)

We've booked up for next year (used mam's CC cos she gets voucher and she pays it off in full each month) and she just checked the envelope I gave her with the money and the breakdown in (she paid for ikea on her card as well again for the points lol) and she wants to give me £40 back as she wants to pay for one of the kids tickets for next years panto which is nice :)

Gonna go do the dreaded clean bathroom job lol, then the dishes, the clear the kitchen benches, then it will be time to get DS from school xx

Evening all, how is everyone doing?

It's blooming freezing up here, we had snow yesterday which turned into ice overnight. SO cold!

Me and DD spent this morning building one of the ikea units (Kallax 4x2 size) and sorting through one of the toy chests, we all need to build the bigger unit tomorrow (Kallax 5x5) as its 6ft tall and I couldn't do it without OH lol, then we will have a super tidy sitting room yay

CC statement's are starting to come in, I need to get the B/Card ones shifted as soon as I can (they are 9.9% and 6.9%) as we're paying interest on them, and it's kind of making my overpayments not worth it, well they are worth it still but I thought I would have paid £750 off our debt this month but it's looking like only £650 is coming off ish (still waiting for some statements) still I shouldn't feel down about that cos £650+ is still a good amount to come down, and last year it was only decreasing by £200 despite minimums being £700

Just about to get the kids to bed, then nice hot bath, bacon sarnie and colouring in while I watch (or re-watch lol) Grey's Anatomy, bliss

Have a good evening/weekend all xx

    Morning all,

I'm feeling very low today, I've no idea why tho, I can't shake myself out of it :(

We've built all the shelves in the sitting room, so It's starting to look fab, just some little bits to put away still.

Just overpaid CC with £16.07 from the shopping. Going to update my signature in a min with the new updated CC, the statement isn't in yet but as its 0% then there won't be an increase to it.

Got pork in the slow cooker for our Sunday Dinner

Have a good day all xx
