Hello,
I had a parking ticket in august and forgot to pay it as i went abroad and than tragic death in family.
When i got round to council said its £127 but it had gone to baliffs, so i rang the baliff and he said its £349!
He also claims he came to my house on Monday last week and left a letter.
I asked him who answered the door and he claims no one was at home, this is a lie as there is bulidling works going on and someone is always at home.
There is no sign off this letter he claims he left.
I have a letter saying warranty of execution issued by court.
what can i do? ive also lost my job and have had to go part time.

I think it costs you a tenner but Sheila's advice on there is the best and she'll save you a shedload more than that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
