    Brilliant! Well done, I am just at the start , owe 21,000. Putting off starting d.m.p, really worried about how creditors will react, threats etc.... so great to see you have been so successful! Best wishes.

    I know that feeling! At the start oft DMP I could hardly sleep. I even transferred the car into my wife's name in case they tried to take it off me! In the end, it was only Barclays who were making (empty) threats and decided to accept my reduced payments anyway!

    Of course these were based on my own circumstances. I was paying large amounts back so this probably worked in my favour.

    I would definitely recommend CCCS (now Step Change). They were excellent for me.
