Medical Exemption

I have a medical exemption certificate, issued by my doctor, because I am in a wheelchair (neurological illness). I know this entitles me to free prescriptions, but a friend said it also entitles me to free eye tests and dental care. Is this true? Btw I get DLA (higher on both) and ESA (support group).

Your friend is wrong. That exemption covers prescriptions only. If you receive any income based ESA, you'll get free eye tests, dental care, etc.
