Canon MG3150 printer problem

I have a canon MG 3150 printer which was working perfectly until I was migrated from BE to Sky and installed the Sky hub. The printer shows an error message P,1,0. I've contacted Canon support and done what they suggest without any success. Has anyone any suggestions, I'm a technophobe so make it simple please. This may be relevant but I cannot open the flap to get at the ink cartridges.

    Hi
Just started using one of these printers myself.

The printers manual says for the error you report "Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. Contact the service center."

Which you report you have already done. What did Canon advise you to try?

Seems strange that the problem started after changing your hub. Was you using the printer via wireless or a USB cable?
