I am desperate to get away from it all either in December or January. I need ideas though so please can you help me.

I am desperate to get away from it all either in December or January. I need ideas though so please can you help me.
Requirements
- Ideally 7 to 10 days in December or January or February - not really fussed need to be in UK for 25th Dec but can go before or after.
- 2 DH and me - both really keen on golf but don't have to play. Also really love Safari went to South Africa last year. Also love Mauritius.
- Has to be somewhere warn (above 20 centigrade)
- Also when would be the best time to book this.
- Budget up to £2000 but like to get a good deal
