    I know Sainsburys take them, I used to spend mine on grocery shopping at Xmas, just ordinary food items, none of them were lunch items.

    If you use another supermarket and they have customer services, it is worth asking them if they take these, that is what I did.
  • I used mine up in Morrisons and they took them as payment for general groceries.

    Most of the big supermarkets accept them and you don't have to use them on lunch items. When I used to get them as survey payments, I just used them against my usual weekly shop.
