Sorry Pinecone, but I much prefer the old system where the £3 reward was automatically credited to my paypal account after completing a survey.

So much simpler than waiting an email to say you have a new credit, to log back on, select paypal and wait for the money to come into the account. Yes the new rewards system offers more 'choice' in various gift vouchers (which probably costs pinecone less than the voucher face value), is this the first step into the redrawal of paypal payments?

I asked to keep the vouchers but reply said it was new points system. I get enough oF high street and amazon via ShopandScan and TCB so liked the luncheon vouchers as I could use them off my shopping in Asda. I wouldn't mind paypal but if they are stopping that as well. Can't complain too much, very happy as a survey company always get something and I am testing some biscuits for them at the moment.

If you have completed a survey may be worth llogging in and going to redeem to see if they are there the points, I did a survey and forgot about new system and was expecting an email to say paypal was there , I haven't had any emails even to say the points are in but they are showing when i log in to redeem

I get an email saying "Credit Notification", normally within a day or 2 with completing the survey.

Is anyone else finding they can't get onto Pinecone at all at the moment?

I've had an invite to complete the survey for a product test i've done and it doesn't load - neither does the main site - I've tried on a couple of browsers and on my phone..

Would be great to have some reassurance it's not just me!

Can I just ask, does paypal charge u for receiving credit, or is it only when u withdraw from paypal into a bank account. I would be quite happy to have paypal than the other options now they have stopped the luncheon vouchers. Then you can spend on any online purchase.

No there are no charges to receive or withdraw. You get the whole amount :)

I would have much preferred to keep luncheon vouchers too ... somehow, it always seemed like it was worth more than £3 paypal! It was always nice to save them up for a treat every now and then! I don't seem to get surveys from these guys very often these days ... maybe one every couple of months nowadays, so I wouldn't want to save them up.

If I'm honest, I probably wouldn't be overly upset if they had a refresh of their panel and took me off, as they have done with others previously.

I've got £6 in luncheon vouchers and as I don't buy lunch in a shop, what do I do with them? Do any shops take them for things other than lunch items?
