STAR Tours - Booking - Transferable

Not sure whether this is the right place...apologies if not...
I had made a booking for a tour managed by STAR Tours.
Please follow the link for details of the tour:

As I will not be able to travel, I am willing to transfer this booking on some other person's name.
I have already paid deposit (£180) for this tour and there will be nominal admin charge for name change.
After deducting this admin charge my expected price is £140.
Remaining amount (which depends on the tour) has to be paid by the person directly to STAR TOURS.
Anybody planning to take ANY TOUR managed by STAR TOURS during August 2007, please PM me ASAP.
If your tour and dates are finalised, we will talk to STAR Tours together and then change the name on this booking.
We can negotiate on the the price I am expecting. One can expect good discount on the actual tour cost.
Please contact by 6th July 2007 as it will not be possible to change the name after this date.
