after some advice please folks
I'm using my laptop, logging into my blueyonder email accounts via Virgin media homepage
now I can log into either the wifes or daughters email accounts fine
however using the same process and on the same laptop I can't log into my blueyonder email account
on the Firefox web page I get the following mesage
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
don't understand how 2 other accounts work fine, but mine doesn't
anyone help me out
Thanks

Try deleting all your cookies (Tools -> Options -> Privacy tab -> Show cookies -> Remove all Cookies), but beware that this will get rid of saved logons and passwords.0
