Hi After leaving my car overnight in a friends car park at his flat I received a PCN for £100 (£60 in 14 days) from CM Services Ltd (Comprehensive Management Services). There are signs present which I stupidly didnt read properly :( The signs do say they are BPA members but it appears they are no longer? I was just ready…

I think we will need to encourage subject access requests at least for a while to see if we can find the reasons for the decisions. But well done.
