Smarties and a fuse?

Hi everyone!
I just opened a packet of a Like To Share Smarties bag, and as I was munching away put my hand it the bag and come out with a fuse instead of a Smartie! Obviously I was slightly horrified . I was going to ring their customer helpline, but wanted some advice on what to say. I'm very glad it hadn't broken in there, otherwise I would have blood on my hands! Or imagine if a child had put it in their mouth! Hope you can help, many thanks xx

Ring them, but remember that it's not the person you're speaking to's fault. They need your help to find out how this happened and to prevent it happening again. They usually ask you to send back the foreign body and also the packaging, as this will have codes and numbers on it to identify things like the date, production line, etc.If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

I found a piece of plastic in Heinz baked beans and sent it back to them. They found out it had come from the production line, and sent me £5 worth of vouchers.I Believe in saving money!!!:T
