Can anyone help me with COBBETTS Solicitors

Does anyone know if COBBETTS will be taking me to court, I have sent them everything, the bundle statements letters everything, I have not sent the correspondence that I received from Natwest and RBS though with regards to settling the claim do you think this will help my case.

Need as much advice as possible!!!!

By the sounds of things you have already sent them more than enough, a simple note saying here are the charges AGAIN would suffice. They can't dicatate what you send them, if the court asks for it then thats different.

I was just hoping that they did not dictate to me what I have to send.

I am very anxious that they are going to follow this all the way to court and I have not taken the steps of obtaining any legal services if this happens.
