Travel Insurance for pre-existing medical condition

Has anyone had any experience of a travel insurance comapny specialising in cover for pre-existing conditions, called MediSafe? They are coming out in my search comparisons as the cheapest by far. I've serached for reviews but nothing is coming up.
(I suppose, having a total mistrust of the insurance industry, I'm asking "if a premium is so very much cheaper than others, would this indicate a HUGE minus should you claim").

There are a few complaints online about a slow claims service. But if you search, you will find complaints about most companies.
You would probably be best to phone a company you trust and to go through a medical questionairre to see what they quote.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
