Did 6 loads of washing today. Put the last lot out and went to look at a chest of drawers from GUmtree ( which I got at a bargain price of £10). On the way back the sky looked quite dark and then we had the most horrid hail storm.
Got home and found that my friend/neighbour had taken my washing in. I am so grateful as it was all dry.
Just finishing painting another piece of furniture for DD, have cleared out all the decorating stuff from DS2s room, I am going to ask the builders to put up the curtain pole and blind tomorrow. The carpet should be laid on Thursday.
Got DD a new mattress and put the old one on Freegle, someone coming to look at it tomorrow, there's nothing wrong with it but she will be getting a new bed and DS2 having hers so a new mattress makes it a new bed (sort of).
